Vietnam Bird Dog Pilot to be Honored at Mt. Soledad
CPT Bill Devaney, Vietnam veteran and Bird Dog pilot, is being honored with a plaque at Mt. Soledad National Veterans Memorial in La Jolla, California on Saturday, May 16, 2026 @ 10:30.
